Have you ever wondered whether you have a good life?  Have you ever wondered whether it could be better?  I certainly have.  I have thought about my own life and the lives of the people in my congregation.  I have come to the conclusion that without some careful thought about life, the average will pursue a life that is a failure.

Why?  Because our society pushes wealth, entertainment and power, and our human nature seeks wealth, entertainment and power; but in the end these things are not what matters.  There are far more important things.  Things that produce happiness, longevity, true impact for good, and life beyond the grave.  Examining these things is what this blog will be about.  There is a path of wisdom that leads to the best life possible, but it clearly isn't obvious to everybody.
